Hi Matt, I would love to be added as a writer. I have a PhD in linguistics and have taught pidgin and creole linguistics and descriptive grammar to undergraduates. I'm also an experienced EFL teacher. My thesis was on pidgin and creole languages and the whether second language learning processes might contribute to their grammars. I would be really interested in writing on this (in an accessible way) and also on child language acquisition, linguistic typology, forensic linguistics, and potentially also EFL. As well as anything else linguistic that springs to mind.
