That sounds horrific. I'm really sorry that was her experience.

I'm sure you are doing a great job homeschooling. It sounds like this is the right choice for her right now. Homeschool can be done really well and be a fantastic choice for many kids.

For what it's worth, I always think the best way to find out if something is working for my kids is to ask them... That said, the eldest is 5 so her answers do vary 😅
